RECOMMENDED USES
For use around swimming pools, patio decks, walkways, driveways and orches. For use indoors and outdoors.

NON-RECOMMENDED USES
For use loose or unstable base surfaces.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Preparation: Remove any loose material such as paint or chipped concrete. Degrease surface with EVERLAST BLACK NITRO degreaser using a 1 to 2 mix with water.
BAG MIX RATIO 1) 1 ½ gallons (6 quarts) of EVERLAST BONDING CATALYST to the EVERLAST BAG MIX in a 5-gallon plastic pail.
2) Place ½ of the bonding catalyst and mix slowly with ½ bag-mix. Continue with balance of catalyst and bag-mix. Let mix rest for 3 minutes and re-stir briefly. DO NOT OVER-MIX.
Application: OVERLAY MIXTURE can then be trowelled, squeegeed, or sprayed on to the surface not to exceed ¼” in thickness.
Remove all loose debris from the surface and apply two thin coatings of EVERLAST Acrylic Epoxy or suitable sealer according to expected traffic. Material may be walked on as soon as sealer is dry and cured (1 day). Automobile traffic may be llowed in 3 days.

MAINTENANCE
Clean surface with a soap/detergent on a repeated basis and rinse with resh water repeatedly.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Impact Strength
Test Procedure: A one pound steel ball with a diameter of 1.9” was dropped from a height of six feet onto the mortared surface.
Test Results: An indentation with a diameter of 0.45” was visible; however, no sign of cracking was present.
Tensile Strength 855 lbs.
Compressive Strength
28 Days. Test: ASTM C-109. Results (in psi):

Flexural Strength
Test Procedure: Samples were wrapped around a 3’ diameter cylinder with mortar side in tension.
Test Results: No visible signs of cracking were observed.
Thermal Expansion & Contraction
At 8,9,12, and 14 Days.

0.10% shrinkage, 9.09 x 10-6in2oF

Thermal Conductivity
Test: ASTM C518-76 using 6.0 mm hickness specimen, 96.8 lb.ft. 75oF.
tResults: Apparent Thermal Conductivity 0.290 W/h.K, 2.01 BTU in 1hr/ft2oF.
Thermal Resistance

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
