Any product or service found to be defective or is not what we say or decribe, we will refund cost of the service or product.

Since Decorative Product application and manufacturing have factors that can be determining factors in their results, we request that an independent source test the product or service.

We are confident that when our products are used as instructed, your results will only vary with different climate/locations. (Example) Most products are concrete related. Concrete will set and cure completely different when hot and cold are applied.
