Countertop Mix products are intended for licensed and experienced contractors. Countertop Mix has no control over climate conditions and methods used by installers.

Countertop Mix, further guarantees its products against defective materials, design and workmanship. These products will not cause damage when used according to the company's recommendations.

THIS WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS:

The warranty herein applies only to products, which are manufactured and or packaged by Countertop mix and sold through a registered dealer, retailer or installer of Countertop Mix products.

The liability of Countertop Mix shall be limited to:
(a.) Replacement of the product.
(b.) The cost of labor in which the Countertop Mix product was used.

Countertop Mix to, damage or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of capital, cost of business interruption, and cost of replacement equipment. The remedies to the purchaser herein are exclusive. The liability of Countertop Mix arising out of the manufacture, sale, delivery, installation, technical directions or repair of any product -- whether in contract, tort, warranty or otherwise - shall not exceed the value of the said product(s).
Consumer recourse in this matter requires the submission of a sample of the Countertop Mix product used and, at the option of Countertop Mix any product for inspection. All samples and must be submitted, freight prepaid. Should the product be defective, freight costs and inspection fees will be refunded.  It is suggested that the claimant retain a sample of the product in order to submit such a sample to an independent laboratory, in the event a dispute arises from the determination of Countertop mIx.

THE WARRANTY MAY NOT BE EXTENDED TO COVER:

Countertop Mix products that have become unduly contaminated by improper storage.
Countertop Mix products which have become unduly contaminated by improper handling once they have left Countertop Mix's premises.
Countertop Mix products which have been repackaged, regardless of container, by anyone other than Countertop Mix.
Any allegedly defective Countertop Mix product for which a sample is unobtainable.
Any CXountertop Mix product to which is subjected to abuse or negligence.
Any Countertop Mix product to which another product not manufactured by Countertop Mix has been added.
Countertop Mix further warrants that it is the sole author of this policy and that no other waranties, expresed or implied, are authorized or to be considered valid.
